Md. Shahidur Rahman Khan has over 15 years of experience in higher education, currently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies at Z.H. Sikder University of Science and Technology. He earned his BBA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, where he is also pursuing a PhD. Mr. Khan previously held roles as Dean and Head of Department at the Royal University of Dhaka and served as faculty and coordinator at Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology.
In addition to his academic career, Mr. Khan’s corporate background includes roles as General Affairs Executive and Communication In-Charge at Mitsui & Co. in Dhaka and Admin and Logistics Executive at ABX Logistics Bangladesh Ltd., starting his career with Siemens Bangladesh Limited. His diverse expertise reflects a commitment to educational advancement, institutional growth, and fostering connections between academia and industry.
Md. Mohiuddin

Md. Mohiuddin is an Associate Professor of Finance at Z. H. Sikder University of Science and Technology (ZHSUST). He holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from BRAC University and has been serving the university since 2016. He previously taught at UPDATE College.
Mr. Mohiuddin also served as the Assistant Provost of Mokforuddin Sikder Hall, where he is involved in student affairs and residential management. He is an active member of the Central Sports Committee. He also holds the position of Member Secretary of the Central Examination Committee and is a member of the Cultural and Literacy Committee, Media and Public Relations Committee, Fresher’s Reception and Organizing Committee, and the University Foundation Day Organizing Committee.
Md. Motiar Rahman

Md. Motiar Rahman has joined Business Administration Department in 2015 as a Lecturer. He completed Graduation and Post Graduation from Dhaka University in Management Studies. He is currently pursuing CMA degree at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He has been working as a Chairman of the Department of Business Administration, ZHSUST since 2019. He is also the covener of the library of ZHSUST . Earlier he had started his career as an Admin and Finance Officer at Tanvir Enterprise Limited. In 2011, he joined as a lecturer in Management at Dhanmondi Ideal College, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Md. Monirul Islam Sumon

Md. Monirul Islam Sumon was born in Barishal district. He has completed his Bachelor and Masters (thesis group) degrees from the Faculty of Science and Engineering, University of Barishal, Barishal-8200, Bangladesh. Currently, he is working as a lecturer (mathematics) in the department of business administration at the Z. H. Sikder University of Science and Technology in Shariatpur. Mr. Sumon was the founding vice president of the Barishal University Mathematics Association. He is a lifetime member of the Bangladesh Mathematical Society, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He participated in various seminars and presented research. In his research, he has developed some fascination with the areas of dynamic systems, numerical analysis, etc. His 6 researches have been published in journals at home and abroad. His research interests include Dynamical Systems , Chaos Theory , Bifurcation Analysis, Symbolic Dynamics, Chaotic Dynamics and Applications, Fluid Dynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Numerical Analysis, Numerical Simulation and Integro - Differential Equations.

Tanvir Ahmed is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration. He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Dhaka. He is committed to creating an engaging and student-centered learning environment by combining theoretical concepts with practical business applications.
His teaching interests include Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), Strategic Marketing, Marketing Research, Sales and Retail Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), International Marketing, and Statistics. His research focuses on digital marketing, consumer behavior, online reviews, live-streaming commerce, artificial intelligence in marketing, branding, and sustainable business practices. He has published several research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals and actively participates in academic research and knowledge dissemination.
In addition to teaching and research, Mr. Ahmed is involved in student mentoring, academic administration, and extracurricular activities. He has served in various leadership roles, including Assistant Provost and coordinator of student development initiatives. He is passionate about fostering critical thinking, ethical leadership, and innovation among students while contributing to academic excellence through research, teaching, and community engagement.
